Indian Army invites online applications for the 143rd Technical Graduate Course (TGC-143). A total of 30 vacancies are available for unmarried male candidates. The course will commence at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun in July 2026.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed or be in the final year of a BE / B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline. Final-year students must produce proof of qualification by 01-Jul-2026.
Age Limit
As on 01-Jul-2026: Between 20 and 27 years — candidates born between 01-Jul-1999 and 30-Jun-2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible.
Training Stipend & Pay Scale
During Training: ₹56,400 per month (stipend).
After Commission: On successful completion of training, candidates will be granted Permanent Commission as Lieutenant with a pay scale of ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500.
Physical Fitness & Selection Process
Applicants must qualify in physical standards and tests such as:
- 2.4 km run
- Push-ups, Pull-ups
- Sit-ups, Squats
- Swimming (as applicable)
- Medical examination
