Over 11,420 Vacancies in Technical & Non-Technical Categories

The Indian Railways has announced a massive recruitment drive for 11,420 posts across Technical and Non-Technical categories under notification numbers 5/2025, 6/2025, and 7/2025. The recruitment will be conducted through various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs).

Key Dates

Graduate Non-Technical Posts: Apply from 21 October to 20 November 2025.
Under-Graduate Non-Technical Posts: Apply from 28 October to 27 November 2025.
Technical Posts: Apply from 31 October to 30 November 2025.

Technical Posts (Total: 2,570 Vacancies)

Junior Engineer (JE)
Depot Material Superintendent (DMS)
Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA)

Basic Pay: ₹35,400 per month

Eligibility:

JE – Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
DMS – 3-year Engineering Diploma in any branch.
CMA – B.Sc. with Physics and Chemistry.

Age Limit: 18–33 years.

Graduate Non-Technical Posts

Chief Commercial-cum-Ticket Supervisor
Station Master
Goods Train Manager
Junior Accountant Assistant-cum-Typist
Senior Clerk-cum-Typist
Traffic Assistant

Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹35,400 per month (depending on post)

Eligibility: Graduate degree. Typing proficiency in English or Hindi required for typist roles.

Age Limit: 18–33 years.

Under-Graduate Non-Technical Posts

Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerk – ₹21,700 (3,050 seats)
Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist – ₹19,900
Junior Clerk-cum-Typist / Train Clerk – ₹19,900

Eligibility: 10+2 (Plus Two) or equivalent with at least 50% marks. Relaxation applies for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

Age Limit: 18–30 years.

Note: Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying. Typing proficiency in English or Hindi is mandatory for most posts.
